Wonderful product. Great customer service.
I have purchased 12 of these units and have installed them on different friends and family's properties. I've only had one over that time, in two and a half years, where one stopped charging, and that was only on one that was most recently purchased. From Jay to Evelyn at customer service, I couldn't have received more prompt, remedial, attention. They immediately sent a new camera along with the shipping label to return the problem one. Great system! Love Reolink.
I love everything about this camera. I bought a couple of them a couple years ago and one of them finally failed. I just recently bought four more. They work really well. I love it that they offer a wide angle. Stationary camera as well as a rotating zoom camera, and I love it that I could put them in areas where I don't need electricity, because because I have the solar panel. Yeah, the solar panels look kind of goofy on the roof I wish they offered a smaller, low profile mount for the solar panel so it wasn't as noticeable, but that's very minor. Try it as it is very easy to hook up. I hooked up mine inside first then carried outside to mount. I like the option of adding SD card so you don't have to pay for monthly service.

Customer Service - Best in class!
I had issues after connecting the Argus PT to my RLN8-410 NVR. I contacted Reolink Support Center via their chat and I was immediately connected to a live person. First no picture was visible after the camera was installed. The technician uploaded a new firmware and made the camera operational. My second issue was I lost connectivity to my IOS iPhone and MacBook Pro. Again, the technicians were thorough with their information which ultimately made it simple to diagnose and fix the problem. Please note it took a few days to fix my issue due to the time I was in contact so not a big deal. To make a long story short, their technicians were working none stop in helping me get my surveillance system back up running. All I can say is Great Customer Support and thank you!
