This is one of the better companies i've noticed as their constant upgrades, product support and customer service rivals or even beats top tier companies like Nest, GoPro, Ring, etc. Far better than Lorex which i've previously owned. Zumimall constantly updates and upgrades and I always worried about getting surveillance with legacy software but they constantly update their app more than Apple would do software updates. Which is a good thing.
Can't recommend this camera and support this kind of company, help them with your feedback and watch them actually implement certain features. I've bought probably over 10 units from them of different models over 5 years and have given them out as gifts to friends and family because this company creates products ahead of the market at an affordable price. This is my second zumimall camera and I will be looking to add more to my home security system. I have their other fixed outdoor camera with solar panel for over a year with no issues after wind, rain, snow. I decided to try this camera with the ability to pan and tilt. It is absolutely a 360 degree camera which can see forward and backwards if you post on a stick with nothing blocking the back side. The images are crystal clear at day and night with the option to choose SD or HD. For those concerned with data usage, on average - the SD runs 20KB/s and the HD runs 120KB/s. The SD is clear enough for me most of the time. I have a 128GB Samsung EVO SD card installed and after one entire week of the highest 30 second recording level with motion detection sensor ON it has only depleted by 1GB out of the 128 with plenty of activity. I do not have the optional solar panel charger connected to this unit and after one entire week of use the 5 power bars have only depleted by 1 bar. At this rate this camera should last for months without a charge and I do not have it on any of the power saving settings. My other fixed zumimall camera does have the solar charger attached and it remains near 100% charged since last year. I love the option to change views on this camera with the pan and tilt. I can use it away from home as long as my home wifi is on, no matter where I am in the world. The setup was a breeze, just connect to wifi and let it capture your cell phone app image. The app is very easy to use with an optional cloud service, which I did not subscribe to as the camera and app with SD Card is great on its own. I can record videos and images without the cloud service. The motion detection function will record images and videos automatically to the SD card as well as alert my phone with notifications. The app allows me to view both cameras simultaneously with the option to add additional cameras, which I will do soon! This camera is worth every penny and more!

I ordered the wireless Zumimall outdoor pan tilt camera. It arrived in less than two days! Out of the box to network connection took under five minutes, it was easy and automatic. The camera feels substantial and well built. Mounting it outdoors consisted of attaching surprisingly heavy U shaped bracket to any vertical surface sliding the camera base over the bracket and tightening four thumb screws. The solar panel has its own separate base and plenty of wire allowing one to place it in direct sunlight. It charged up to full power in the sunlight in an hour or so. No more taking down to charge, I really like that. The picture quality is good the colors are bright, and the night vision feature works well. It is a very wide-angle lens. I recommend using it in the high-definition setting. I use this camera both for security and to look after my dog when I am away. Because of the pan tilt feature I can see my entire back yard, so I only need one camera to do the work of several fixed units. I recommend this camera and the price is very reasonable.

This camera is very easy to set up and most reviews show the setup process, so I'm just showing the great picture recorded by this and all the Zumimall cameras that I have.
I've had this camera for 30 days. I don't like to do a review immediately after purchasing a product, because you don't really know everything about it until you use if for some time. This is the sixth Zumimall camera that I've purchased and I've only had a problem with one of them and I contacted customer support and it was handled almost immediately. I've attached a video showing the panning and tilting of the camera. You can do it 2 ways, by using the pan/tilt button at the bottom of the screen or by sliding your finger across the screen of your phone. I have my cameras shared with my wife's phone, her ipad and with my computer. I'm using the computer to record the attached video. I plan to add one more camera so that I have all areas of access covered to my property, since I live in a rural area with no close neighbors to witness burgleries.
If you'll notice, I have a slight hesitation to adjustments of the camera. this is because it is passing signal through 3 walls and it is 70 feet from my router. It works much better if there is a better signal to it.

This is the 5th Zumimall camra i have purchased. The others were battery powered this is the first wired. Installation and set up is easy. Included in the box is everything you need to get going, from mounting screws and adjustment wrench to a detailed instruction book. The camera has an 11 1/2 foot power cord so you get some choice as to where to mount it, just make sure you are close to your internet wifi so you can get a good connection. Using the CloudEdge app, simply follow the instructions, point the camera at the app and poof you are set up and ready to go in a few short minutes. The picture quality is excellent!
I will admit I was concerned when I bought my first Zumimall camera because I thought as cheap as it is how could it be good? Like I said before, this is now my 5th Zumimall Camera and I am fully satisfied with each one. I will not hesitate to buy another. This camera exceeds my expectations so far. I just installed and it works perfectly. Easy setup with simple and well designed CloudEdge App. Initially, I charged the camera batteries in the camera with a USB phone charger overnight before setting it up, but the camera batteries were almost fully charged right out of the box. Mounting the camera & solar panel is a very easy job but actually choosing the location can be the hardest part – especially making sure you have decent wi-fi coverage for the camera. The 2.4G wi-fi is strong and I found it to work all around my house, but your wi-fi coverage may be different. The image quality is exceptional. The sound is more than adequate and the app has many things you can do with this camera along with all the settings I need. I just installed this camera so I will see how it lasts. It seems to be very well built with a heavy, well-constructed feel. It has internal batteries that can be recharged in the unit or by the solar panel. The camera mount & solar panel mount are metal & sturdy & fully adjustable. I installed the camera (and solar panel) in a location where I only get about 180 degrees of coverage and the sun is only shining on the panel during the morning hours. So far that has kept the batteries fully charged which will save hassle from bringing the camera in to charge every few months. Now I expect it will stay charged year-round without a problem for years. I also added a memory card (SD) to the camera before installation. I record all video to SD. I am so far very satisfied with this camera. I highly recommend you purchase this camera if this is the type of camera you are looking for.

After purchasing several types of stationary wireless cameras over the years I decided to try a security camera with more features. There are literally dozens of models from different manufacturers available. I had purchased some Zumimall cameras before and was impressed with their quality, affordability and their outstanding customer service. This is also a total wireless camera but it has a 15000 Mah rechargeable battery, which is one of the most powerful batteries I have seen available on a wireless camera, and can give up to 6 months before recharging is necessary. I installed mine with a Zumimall solar charger. Living in South Florida, i get plenty of sunshine so I never have to worry about recharging batteries.
The pan/tilt feature is great. It can pan almost 360 degrees and tilt 180 degrees. This allows it to view the entire front lawn, for example, with just the one camera. It uses an app developed by Zumimall (Android or Apple). This app allows you to control all functions of the camera with easy to understand simple instructions. And unlike other brand camera apps I have tried in the past, this app has no glitches, is stable and actually works. This camera is very well designed, engineered and is of very high quality. Setup is easy and took 5 minutes. As I mentioned it is also priced at a price about half of some cameras I have tried with much less build quality. I have it installed (Photo included) in the overhead ceiling of my carport facing my front door and mail box. I have a very bright front door LED light and the night vision is in color and of excellent definition. I also installed a 128 GB SD card in the camera which stores a vast quantity of recorded videos for later review. The mic and speaker work exceptionally well, compared to some other more expensive cameras I have tried. It has a great WiFi receiver as well. Even through 4 walls of my concrete block home the average WiFi signal strength at the camera is 75%. All in all I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it. The only thing I feel could improve the system would be to develop a charging cable with an enclosed watertight boot to protect it against moisture if installing outdoors. ( Such as the one on the charging cable of the A-3 camera.)
You will not be disappointed with this camera.

When I saw a new camera advertised on ZUMIMALL I had to try it. I really liked the DZEES AI and the smaller Zumimall 1080 camera. All their products have never failed and give a great picture. This camera is no different and the fact that it has a solar panel included in the price is BONUS!!! I have all my cameras that I purchased from them on Solar. That means I don't have to run wire and in AZ we have plenty of sun so I never have to worry until either the panel or battery fails. I do mount all my cameras under the eave to avoid direct sunlight. Here is a tip. Spray paint your wires a light color. That way the sun will not attack the insulation and they will last longer or else wrap them. The only problem I have is that I wish ZUMIMALL would consolidate on what software cloud platform they use. It would be so great to be able to look at all your cameras in one place without having to jump app to app.

This video camera makes outdoor video security simple. The camera comes with everything needed for easy hardware installation. You will need to supply a ladder, drill, and screwdriver, of course. I already have 2 Zumimall battery-powered, wireless wi-fi cameras for security on the front of my house. I placed this one in the back of the house to monitor our barnyard and rear entry. The power cord was more than long enough to reach the nearest outdoor electrical plug.
Zumimall's iPhone app makes the installation of video monitoring a breeze. A QR Code in the instruction booklet makes it easy to find and download the app for Apple and Android devices. A step-by-step instruction guide with illustrations walks you through the process of connecting your camera to the app and to your local wi-fi network. Multiple Zumimall cameras can be added. Once installed, the app allows to you customize each camera's settings, including the sensitivity of motion detection and whether you want high-density or standard-density resolution.
So far, I'm pleased with the camera. It easily detects motion in the area monitored. It provides live, clear high-definition nighttime videos. I love that it captures snapshots of any activity that triggers the motion detection and sends an alert immediately to my phone. When alerted, I can view the photos or live video with sound on the app. Adding a micro-SD card will also allow you to also capture recorded video with sound when the motion trigger is activated or on-demand. I have yet to add a micro-SD to this camera. Using the app, the intercom works well for 2-way communication. The microphone picks up nearby sounds well. Because the camera speaker is small, it's best for talking to someone who is within a few feet of the camera.
The only improvement I'd like to set alert notifications on a schedule. This would be great for areas where there is a lot of daytime traffic, such as my backyard, where I only want to get alerts on nighttime traffic or when my family is away from home.
All things considered, though, this is a great camera for the price, and one I would recommend to anyone looking for a video security system that is easy to install.

Several weeks ago I bought a wireless Zumimall security camera... mostly out of curiosity and because there has been some petty theft in the neighborhood. I thought it would be a good idea. I was very impressed with that camera so I bought another for the front of my house. I decided to go with this plug in version since I had an unused outlet within several feet of where I installed the camera. Right away you will notice that the camera comes nicely packaged. The camera is not heavy but feels sturdy. It was very simple to install. The app on your smart phone walks you step by step through the set up process which is very quick and easy. If I recall... that process only took a few minutes. As far as the camera goes, the resolution is very very clear. The night vision is clear too. The camera is pretty sensitive with regards to sensing motion detection which is good. I set this camera on the lowest setting. I decided to go with a micro SD Card (32 GB) as I had an extra laying around. With the settings set the way I have them the camera will do everything I need and the SD card will probably give me a solid month of saved recordings before it over-writes the old data. The camera has a very wide angle too.... taking in part of my neighbors driveway and the neighbors yards down the street. The CloudEdge app is easy to understand and navigate. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. The price is very good compared to other cameras. I can't really think of anything else I would want in a security camera that this camera does not already have. I would recommend this camera to family and friends. Great value, great camera!

Easy install, night vision works further than I expected. Multiple cameras facing different slices of the same rough area, so they all show each other's IR lighting. Microphone sucks, speaker isn't very loud when we tested 2-way. Really only got these due to break-ins recently in my area. Cameras pick up and alert to slight motion and 80+dB noises well. Conversations 10' from camera not heard though. 24/7 recording because it was recording "the end of the event" that it alerted about. Plus, with 24/7, it is recording way outside of the 'alert' parameters so it will show more of the full intent of a burglary, etc.
****UPDATE: 4/19/21**** One of the cameras refuses to connect to the wifi network. Been trying to get ahold of Zumimall to no avail. It's almost lunchtime on a Monday, sent email Saturday and Sunday through their app. About to go the GMail route now. The number on the card included with each camera has an automated recording that "the wireless customer I am trying to reach is unavailable..."
Will update again when I know more.
UPDATE #2: 4/23/21**** Got in contact with seller and replacement is on it's way. I have since purchased another of these cameras, making it 4 total. I will be getting more for indoor coverage.

LOVE this camera!! It is absolutely the best security camera you can get for the money. I have tried a couple others and none of them come close to the image quality of this camera. I had purchased one for the front of my house and then purchased another for my backyard since I was so happy with the first camera. I also purchased one for my father for Christmas since I have had nothing but good things to say about it!
The stand-outs traits for me are the following:
- Night vision is exceptional and very clear at night
- Motion sensor works well and alerts in real-time (within 5 seconds of the triggered event)
- Camera app loads quickly and responds most of the time. However, there are times on Android where the screenshots do not load unless you refresh the screen multiple times
- Image quality is amazing and from what I have seen is best-in-class for a live security camera
- Pan/tilt functions work amazingly and are also very responsive. Hard to find a camera with these features for this price.
- The battery life so far is also great and the solar panel I bought with the pack works fantastic (even in the Northeast during winter)
Bottom line: You will not regret buying this camera! It is good quality and functions as it should! The application updates often and admins reply to feedback a lot of the time. Highly recommended!!!

I have several Zumimall wireless security cameras and they all work great. I especially like this one because of the solar charging feature. This camera is mounted higher than the others so periodic recharging would have been more of a hassle. I have it focused on my back porch entry door but I love the fact that I can pan & tilt it to get a full view of the back yard. It gets a strong internet signal but I did use a range extender since my router/modem is located toward the front of the house (about 40' away & through multiple walls). Installation is super easy & only took a few minutes. The solar panel cord is long but I only needed a short amount, so I just zip-tied the bulk of it to the back of the panel. As shown in the photos, it is barely visible!

I live on a small farm, and we've had our fair share of predators coming on the property to make off with our chickens, so it was important for me to get some cameras that would alert me to their presence. But I also enjoy seeing what else I can "catch" on camera around the property, which means the camera must be fairly mobile.
I hooked this one up with the solar panel on a board that allows me to move the entire assembly around easily to different locations to see what is moving around in the night.
The tilt and pan on this camera really adds some nice flexibility to what I want to focus on wherever I have it stationed at the time.
The solar panel is another nice addition and helps to keep the battery at peak levels.
Motion detection works extremely well for identifying humans, so if you need to keep an eye on a door or other parts of your property, you won't be disappointed by the functionality of identifying people moving around where they shouldn't be.
Lastly, the picture and sound are nice and clear, making this a nice upgrade from the other cameras on the property.

First off, as a disclaimer, I have owned a few other Zumimall cameras before and have had great experiences with all of them.
The other cameras by Zumimall that I've owned have been battery powered. I say that because this is my first corded camera ever. This is one of the bigger pros and cons about this camera depending on your intended use. I bring this up so early in the review because I think what you plan on using this camera for will dictate if this is the camera for you or you should look at other options.
Pro- Not having to worry about pulling the battery out every few months to charge is a huge benefit. The first few times you have to do this, it's not so bad. The fourth or fifth time starts to get a little more annoying. Although, 24/7 recording will only be supported by corded cameras, so if that is a "must have" feature for you then you are going to be stuck with dealing with the cord. Battery powered cameras just don't have the power to support that feature without completely draining down constantly.
Con- You are limited to where you have an outlet (has 11.5ft power cord). Plus, unless you have somewhere to "tuck" the cord, it can look unsightly, which may not matter to some but it does to me.
So that all being said, I didn't have anywhere outside my home to place this camera. I do however have a "safe room" that I knew this would be perfect for. You can see in my photos that the product was packaged great. All contents were easy to identify and instructions were simple to understand. I also included some photos of where I placed the camera and some photos using the CloudEdge App. One was with the lights on and other is using the night vision. Trust me when I say that room is pitch-black with the lights off.
App- I choose to use the CloudEdge App. It's what I started using with my other cameras and so it's just what I'm used to. I did download the Zumimall App as well and it seems very similar to the CloudEdge App. Either one is very easy to use and can walk you through any of the features with ease. For transparency, I am using the App on an iPhone and have not tried it with Android devices although I'm sure it works just as good.
Night Vision- Works great, I can't say enough about it. Again, I think that photo speaks for itself. That room is PITCH BLACK, but you could easily identify someone or something in that photo.
Motion Detection- I've always been impressed with this feature as well. In fact, I have had to adjust the motion detection down to a lower setting on all my devices because it was giving me alerts on the smallest of movements. Adjust it down to your preference and you're good to go. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind and knowing I have some extra "eyes" watching my home is a great feeling.
Picture quality- 1080P- do I need to say more? We're not filming movies here and I feel like anything over 1080P would just be overkill for a security camera. Picture and video quality are great.
Speaking feature- This is probably one of the weaker features of this camera, although my experience with other "communication" devices like this through an app is very limited. The camera picks up sound just fine, it's the "microphone" feature through the app that is limited sometimes. I also think this is greatly dependent on what your Wi-Fi connection to the camera is and how fast your internet is. The cameras I have installed closer to my router seem to do much better with this feature. The cameras I have toward the edge of my home have a 4-5 second delay when using the microphone. Just keep all this in mind if communication is a important feature for you.
Weather sustainability- As I mentioned earlier in the review, I did not install this camera outside. So I cannot speak to how well this camera does in the weather. What I can speak to are my other cameras (which are outside) and the build of this camera. First off, my other cameras by Zumimall have been in the elements for close to a year now (purchased in June 2020) and I have had ZERO weather related issues. The important stuff seems to be very well protected and I've just had no complaints to this point. If that changes, I'll make sure to update this review. Now, the build of this camera seems "bombproof". As a matter of fact, I had a little issue getting the weatherproof flap open to install the memory card. The only potential weak point that I can see, is going to be the cord. Everything seems well built, but I don't see how you can leave cordage and electrical contact points exposed to the elements without some form of eventual fail point. Again, if you have no other option I would just do your best to make sure to shield electrical contact point from the elements.
Overall Impressions- I think this could be a great camera for someone, although I do worry some about advertising this as an "outdoor" camera. Still, I'm sure someone smarter than me could make it work just fine. For my purpose, I love the camera and I have no doubt that it will give me peace of my for years to come! This is my 3rd Zumimall security camera purchase and am very pleased and happy with the purchases. My first two cameras were different models that I use in the side and rear of my business, I love that they are wifi enabled so I don't have to deal with cords to plug in an outlet. I needed another camera for the front of my business since someone graffitied my wall and wanted to catch them in action if they do it again which they haven't, thank goodness. I was going to purchase the same model as the first two Zumimall but I love that this camera can pan & tilt in any direction I like which is great, it was only a little more expensive than the first two, so I decided to try this Zumimall camera out and am glad that I did so! The night vision, motion detection and picture quality is excellent. It mounts on a very sturdy bracket which is more secure than the previous models which I am thankful for as I don't want someone to try and steal it. I do have a lot of foot traffic in the front of my business along with cars driving by, so it needs to be charged more often than the other two cameras I have since they don't get as much foot traffic. They offer a solar panel that can charge to this device which I plan on doing so I don't have to charge this camera as often and will save me more time so I won't have to deal with charging it. Customer service has also been fantastic as the have followed up several times after I purchased the product to ensure I am enjoying their product. You won't be disappointed with the camera purchase, go ahead and buy it...I approve this message, ha!

Installation and use of the ZumiMall ZX7S Pan Tilt Battery Camera with solar panel:
The installation was straight forward. The audio feature for the setup worked fine and was a help. Paring the camera to both my iPhone and iPad was very easy. Worked as outlined in the instructions. Finding and paring to the WiFi SSID also worked and I was able to select the correct WiFi in my network. The signal value of the camera as listed on my iPhone/iPad ranges between 95% and 100%. Navigating the camera features took some effort and help from ZumiMall support was complete and the response was also provided sometimes in the same day. That depended on what time of the day I made the request.
The ability to control viewing area from both my iPhone and iPad is an excellent feature. It took some time to understand the camera "reaction time" and the process worked as per the literature. Having 24/7 video capability eliminates lost activity. I placed on my deck looking out to the common area.
I was able to install the Solar Panel in a good location for acquiring the sun. This keeps the battery charge level at 95%.
I have not had the need to use the audio. However, I did try the microphone and it worked as reported.
I wanted this coverage of the common area. Occasionally there is “unwanted” activity, and this provides security coverage.
The notification feature works fine. I finally turned it off while I am in my residence. If I leave, I can activate the notification and receive an alert to any activity, which I can then review.
All the features work as listed. I may have missed some. Ongoing review of the manual for me is a must. The manual is well-written and straight forward.

I really like this camera so far. The motion detection is good and the camera seems to be good. The pan and tilt functions are all but silent. The pricepoint is VERY good. I had zero issues getting it set up on my network and controlling it via the app. Not sure about battery life yet but after a week it still shows full. The battery is supposed to last up to a year. Since it is mounted so high up, I may pair it with a solar panel so I don't ever have to bother with charging it. You can also use a regular micro USB cable and a USB charging block. I do wish it came in colors other than white but I guess that is so people see the camera. I did take off 1 star for a few things. 1-Support. I have emailed support several times about a few things and never received any sort of response. Luckily, I am pretty technical and figured out what I needed. 2-While the resolution is pretty good, I don't think you will be reading any license plates or seeing small details. But, I didn't purchase it for that. 3-The alerts seem to be delayed sometimes. Sometimes, it will be almost a minute before I receive a motion alert. Other than these minor annoyances, It seems solidly built and the price is hard to beat.

This is a great security camera. I purchased this camera for my parents house.
Pros:
1. Easy setup; follow instructions.
2. Voice communication; hold down on mic to speak through camera.
3. Panning the camera is great.
4. Installation was easy as well.
5. Pre charged battery.
6. Picture quality is really great.
7. Night vision looks clean and visible.
Cons;
1. Only one device or phone can have access to the camera.
2. Storage; 128 storage needs to be purchased. Make sure you purchase the correct SD card.
3. For longer battery life, purchase a 5 watt solar panel. They usually run around $27. This way you’ll never need to remove for charges.
FYI: as with any security camera. You’ll need to adjust the motion detector settings. The settings range from 1-10 with 10 being highly sensitive. 25-30 ft from road only needs about 3-4 sensitivity.

I have been using these a little over 30 days now and have had no issues.
I needed camera's that would work in freezing / below zero temps. I had the 1st gen. Blink system for 3yrs. After moving back east the Blink camera's stopped working when it got really cold. I tried new batteries still no good.
I decided to purchase these with the solar panel included after researching camera's for freezing temps.
Likes:
Works below freezing. Has seen 10 below and maybe a little more. No issue.
Wifi range is good if you have good internet and a good router you should be okay.
Solar panel keeps the batteries charged / no maintenance. And we live where it isn't sunny everyday but they still get enough sun to keep the batteries at a 100% so that is impressive.
Motion detection is decent. Not as sensitive as Blink but it also prevents a lot of false alarms so that is good. I have them set to max and it could be a little better but overall I'm happy with them. They will pick up movement of animals and in the pics I posted you can see about the range that it triggered them.
The panning feature is very cool! Allowing you to look around and it works really well.
2 way intercom works well and was a feature my first gen Blinks didn't have.
OS is easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Simple quick set up and obviously no wiring is nice!
They seem to be good quality.
Dislikes:
No zoom feature. Although you can still shot / screen save something and then zoom in on that picture. Not a deal breaker to me because I just needed something to work below zero.
Software sometimes is a little spotty / glitches. Not ever a real issue though.
At this time I would rate them 4.5 stars knocking a half star for no zoom. Overall better camera compared to my old Blinks with some nice features that my old cameras didn't have.
There was no incentive to write this review (although they keep sending me emails to do so LoL). This is my honest opinion.

Nice little gadget! I purchased two. Great camera quality for the price. The fps rate is a bit slow but I'm sure that's due to them being connected to the wifi. It gives you the option to do event recording (meaning only when motion is detected) or you can do full day recording. I ordered the 3-Day loop recording plan with their cloud service for $3.99/month. They have up to $30-Day loop recording plans you can choose from. HOWEVER, the cloud service doesn't actually capture the entire day. It's glitchy. Like sometimes, it only records bits and pieces. And I guess that's due to the wifi connection maybe. So, I would advise you to get an SD card as a backup because the cloud service isn't reliable.

The software could use some tweaking... It works well, but continuous recording would be a huge plus. Recordings could be a set length in continuous mode, like 10 minutes, with no pause in between. I realize battery power would be compromised, but the software could be written to allow continuous recording only if a charging cable is detected. The same could be said for allowing a motion-triggered recording to start 10 seconds before motion is triggered- while a charging cable is detected... The camera would continuously buffer a few seconds (once again, only if it detected charging). If the power fails or a cable is not attached, the settings would not offer continuous recording or buffered pre-roll.
That being said, I think it's a good camera for the money and I would recommend it if you can't afford a higher-end device.

Very simple to install. Getting it to connect with a 2ghz extender/router proved to be quite difficult. That being said, I'm not sure if it's MY equipment or the camera. I have Xfinity internet and a 1500sqft extender. I sent that extender back because I couldn't get it to 2ghz, only 5, athough it advertised that it did both. Sometimes, I can pull up the footage/live feed and other times, it says that it's offline. Like I said, it could be MY issue and not the camera or maybe the camera can't pick up anything but a really strong signal. Its usually a 65+% signal being produced by the extender. I plan to go to Xfinity to see if there is a way to make the signal stronger, either with a new extender or boosting the router. Also, it picks up cars driving on the street, but I have yet to see the mail person or Amazon person delivering my stuff. I have the sensitivity set to 2 out of 10 and it still picks up cars on the street, but no person at my door...except when I come/go. It sees that! Lol. Again, it could be that it's "offline" during those times, which is weird since it sees me. If you're good with internet stuff, you can probably figure it out quite easily. Then, you can come fix mine! Lol. Picture is great. Night vision is great. Sound is great. Installation is super easy.

There is not a number to contact the provider. I had to deal with ZUMIMALL and that is only by email and they gave me all different answers as I don't think they quite understood what I was talking about. I finally got through by sending copy of my PayPal saying it was paid and that wasn't enough. I sent a copy from my bank showing they paid then I was finally told that I needed to contact PayPal for a refund. So never got the service. Took about 2 weeks to get this issue fixed without even getting the service. Now I am going to try the micro SD card.

Some person standing rather too close to my car... and some random person who randomly ran up my stairs, but they went so fast going down the camera didn't catch it. Overall I like it. I also wanted something basic that allows me to just see what is going on. My husband picked this one based on the reviews, price, simplicity, and basic needs. I knew that I didn't need one high-tech because if I needed any quality pictures I could easily ask my neighbors for them. This one allows me to see who is digging through my trash.
What I like about it:
It is basic and simple to install and easy to use. Lock and Load!
I can get alerts to see that there is an activity in the area being watched using my Iphone.
The price is affordable
You can record the pictures or videos for a small amount of time, and can the pictures can be sent.
What I don't like about it:
You cannot watch the camera and listen to another app. For example listen to Pandora at the same time view the camera.
The software is limited - which means it doesn't allow you to do much like set the sensitivity on the alerts, or manage alert times
It's too sensitive - when a moth flys by I get an alert - which happens all night long.
When I get an alert - and click on it, it doesn't always show you immediately what is happening and hard to figure out why the alert was triggered.
Conclusion:
It's ok. It works for my basic needs, but the software needs to be updated and more user friendly.

For those of you who don’t want to spend anymore then $40-50 this is the camera to buy! The app you download and use is great, deff worth putting a micro SD card in. I had a 32GB laying around so I used that, recording at FHD 24/7 I would get 4 days out of this 32G. Just remember to REFORMAT it once you plug it in to camera otherwise it will not save recording or pictures. I’ve had this camera for two months and it has worked great, until just recently it started freezing when any motion started on the screen and a few seconds later it jumps passed of whatever motion that was going onscreen. That is my ONLY PROBLEM with this camera, I believe I just got unlucky, but seriously this camera is worth it because the quality your getting plus the App is easy to use which is hard to find while trying to find a decent camera also! The night vision isn’t actually bad either. ALSO THE WI-FI CONNECTION BETWEEN THE CAMERA AND YOUR CONNECTION ISNT THAT BAD. Your camera camera can only connect your 2.4G Wi-Fi, but after setting up camera your phone or tablet can go back to your 5G Wi-Fi and you can still use the camera app. The camera just uses your local network 2.4G but once activated you can use 2.4-5G back on your phone or tablet. Not many know this but 2.4G Wi-Fi band is obviously slower however it was made because it gets through walls a lot better.Now for those of you who don’t want to spend no more then $50 this camera is worth it, I just happened to catch a defective one. Also this camera completely blocks sunlight so you don’t have to worry about the sunlight blocking you. Installation is easy, I just wish the power cord was a little longer.

I bought this to replace Heimvision cameras because it was unreliable in that it would disconnect from wifi periodically. Ends up its the same software and probablly hardware. I have a mesh router, 4 instances, wifi shows as 80% but periodically i cannot connect to it and when looking at the router it shows as offline. Then it will come back online. Its almost like it goes into sleep mode, but when this happens it doesnt capture or alert of activity. Onlt device out of 40 i have on my network that has problems (in addition to the old Heimvisin camera). Not an issue on my end.
Other than that its good. Big enough for people to see it. Like the pan. Wish the app wasnt this generic software used by a dozen other cameras. Does not support horizontla on. a tablet, except when viewing the feed itself.

You can't access your account online unless you can download an app so that stinks and it freezes and crashes all the time. Saving videos without removing the card, is ridiculously tedious. I wouldn't get this again, honestly, but now we invested in two from the start so, just... meh. Picture quality depends on the moment. It can be gritty or clear. Who knows. And you can't view two cameras at the same time. And if multiple people want to use the app for access, nope! Only one user at a time. Which means if my husband accesses the cameras while at work, and I don't know he did that, I won't get notifications because I'm not signed in anymore. Def not pleased. If I knew all this, we would have gotten something else.

I operate more than 10 wireless cameras so I am very familiar with proper installation and network setup. I have 1 other solar pan-tilt camera like this but a different brand and form-factor that I really like so I had high hopes for this one. Set up went fine with good wifi recognition at both the camera and at my router.
The problem is the unit would apparently go to sleep and the app could not wake it up. I have 2 other cameras of this brand that the app works great with. It seems it is just this camera that stumbles. I moved the camera to 4 different locations but the same problem persisted. My router would show the camera attached with an IP address and good signal strength. It just would not respond to the app when I queried the camera. Really too bad.
The other minor thing I didn't like about this unit was the way the antennas are mounted. If you install this camera up under a roof soffit as I try to normally do for weather protection, the antennas can't be adjusted because the mounting to the base plate doesn't allow articulation.
Unfortunately, I had to return it. Fortunately Amazon took it back with no problems. You gotta love Amazon's no-quibble return policy.

I bought 2 of these and while they were fairly simple to set up, and while the video quality is fine, there are 3 main issues that are deal breakers for me. First of all, there's no way to view all cameras in live mode at the same time. This being my first time using any type of security camera, I didn't know what I didn't know, so going in I just assumed all cameras had this basic feature, apparently not. Secondly, there's no way for me to view my cameras from a computer browser. Ideally, I should be able to log into my account and view my live footage from any browser, especially from my computer. It is extremely inconvenient to only be able to view from my phone. If there is some activity going on that I want to monitor, ideally I should be able to have all my camera feeds, showing me the live footage, simultaneously from one computer browser screen. Unfortunately, this is not possible with this camera. Thirdly, the camera does not allow for setting the zones to tell the cameras what to ignore in the shot. For example, other cameras offer this so that you can face your camera out towards the front of your place, but set the zone to ignore street traffic in the distance...this is not possible with this camera.

Purchased this along with the doorbell. The camera seems like a good deal but a few issues that I will update the review once I troubleshoot more.
First, used their support that they state they respond anywhere from 5 minutes to 12 hours. I haven't had a response on my support request in 48 hours. So if you are reliant on their support, good luck.
Second, I've found these type of cameras have an issue with Xfinity Xfi routers. The live feed is extremely delayed. This seems to be an issue with multiple brands so be prepared to be frustrated. I don't blame this manufacturer on Comcast. I'm buying a new routers to test bridge mode to see if that resolves it. Using it on a wireless Verizon hotspot loads the video almost immediately.
Third, motion detection seems to be poor at night. I have it mounted under a soffit and it only detects at night about 6 feet away and that is with and without garage lights on. I will do some further testing moving the camera to a wall mount and turning off human detection for night only.
Lastly, there is no sharing function. If you want to send the video to someone to review like the police department, you can't. You can't even pull the video off the Sdcard. This really makes the camera almost useless.
Overall, I'll be returning it unless support finally responds to my requests to allow video sharing.

Update after several months of using it:
The Only way this camera works to record any video is by detecting a motion. There's no way to make it record all the time (all day/night).
And unfortunately, after having it tested for more than 2 months, it's started failing to function as designed: it won't detect the motion at the crucial moments when you need it to.
For Example: more often than not, the items being dropped at the dumpsters or just in the middle of the road are not triggering the motion recording, so there's blank spot between the recordings (before the items is dropped and after it's dropped and already there).
So the short story: it's failing to do it's main job..........

We've purchased these cameras for specific purpose to monitor our Dumpster areas, because they've been abused. Some residents are just dumping their furniture and large items next and around the dumpsters and no one knows who did it.
Well, now, we have the Video proof of the abuse and can tell them to remove their "stuff" themselves.
So far, the best part is the quality of the Night shots. These screenshots are blurry because it's a video in motion, not a picture shot.
Day time Video is like watching a Hi Quality TV - Clear, Color and with the sound!
The Best investment we've made so far and will be buying more, now that we see the effectiveness of the product!

I bought two cameras based on the positive reviews. Instructions are clear and precise. Everything worked and installed flawlessly. The problem? The motion sensitivity is almost none. Seriously, you can walk straight up to the camera and it might pick up motion when you are 10 feet away from it! I walked diagonally from it and it picked up motion at 15 feet. I turned the sensitivity to 10, which is the highest and it now picks up diagonal movement at 20 feet. My 90 pound pitbull has run all over the yard this weekend and I have no alerts!! It did pick me up when I went to get the Sunday paper this morning, but by the time it did, I was walking out of the video. Great system if you want to check on your property from time to time, but definitely not a home security system to alert you of unwanted guests!

Cameras are good, the motion detection is fine. Pan and tilt function great. You get what you get in terms of a battery-operated system - causing delays in the 'live' views and notifications as the camera has to 'wake up' each time and then find the network again, etc. With a wired system, it's always on/connected, so you don't have that problem.
The Achilles heel of this product is the app. It's not user-friendly. If you want to use the app on more than one device, you will need to set up a separate account EACH time. There is no reason from a tech perspective why this should be necessary. Zumimall says its for 'security' which is a bogus argument, since you need a password anyway. So if you want to see your cameras on two iphones, an ipad, and your PC, you will need four different accounts. Sorry to sound paranoid, but can't think of a good reason they should need this unless they are shopping for more private information. Imagine if your other wireless devices in your home needed separate accounts for the household to access the same device - ridiculous.

update: after a few months of use, the issue I had with not being able to view the alert pictures has gotten a hundred times worse (on both of my cameras). I have to swipe (refresh screen) multiple times (upwards of 20 sometimes) before I could view them. Well now I cannot view them at all. I worked with customer support and they pushed out a couple of updates that did not work, I was told to uninstall and reinstall and that still did not work. The alerts do not even alert all the time now and yes, I have deleted and recreated the alert times and the alert sensitivity. I am getting very frustrated with my cameras. They worked great in the beginning but now seem to be deteriorating :( not sure if anyone else is having these issues or if I just got "lucky". To view them live, the picture is excellent - it is just an issue with the alerts - not sure if it is the app or the camera that is the problem - live, the cameras seem to respond to commands just fine and battery life is excellent - downgrading my rating to 2 starts due to extreme frustration on not being able to display alert pictures, although the video seems to play just fine.
I have had a couple of issues with the alert pictures not being displayed correctly one one of my cameras however I emailed their tech support and they worked with me to get it fixed.
The picture quality is excellent and it is easy to use once you get it set up. Manual is very detailed.
VERY happy with this camera and their tech support! They may be on different hours than I am but always responded promptly, courteously and efficiently - they really know their product.
I would recommend this camera :)

I purchased 2 of these cameras. One works perfect and I love everything about it. The other one kept disconnecting from WIFI and would keep shutting off even though WIFI was at 84%. Customer support did not know what was wrong and said to return it. I did and received a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement was worse. This camera had problems from the beginning. I added it to my phone but could never get it to connect to WIFI even though I tried to reset it over and over. I tried to power it off but I could never get it to turn off no matter how long I held the button. So decided to start over. Deleted it from my phone but could never get it to reload again to my phone. Then I noticed the camera was showing 4 red lights and nothing I did would reset the camera or power it off and on. ZUMIMALL support said the problem was internal and did not offer any explanation as to what the 4 red lights meant. They said I needed to send it back. I have added a video and photo to show the issues with this camera. I had high hopes for this camera but not sure if I will repurchase since 2 out of 3 were bad.

I was really hoping these were as good as the reviews but unfortunately the two cameras I received would not link up on my app after 12 hours. I set them up temporarily inside to test while waiting for the weekend to mount outside. They were easy to set up and connect to my wifi and phone app and worked like a charm but after about 10 to 12 hours they would not connect to app. Both cameras had a solid 98% to 100% wifi signal at all times. I would have to power them off then power back on for them to connect and a couple times I deleted the cameras from my app and reinstalled them both from scratch. I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Again they would work perfectly for about 12 hours then go black. I emailed customer support and they email me back the next morning and had me make sure the latest version of their software was installed which they both were to the cameras. I really wanted these to work, the completely wireless cameras was what I really need here but I can't go reset them once or twice a day once they're mounted up high outside so I had no choice but to return these. ??

Load times are long enough someone could have your house cleaned out before you can see what’s going on. Live or history. I have Reset this thing multiple times to get notifications and that works for a few hours. App is terrible to work through and see what happened during the day. Night time motion detection is even worse. During daylight hours it will pick up motion in the neighboring yard, at night it might get motion on the front porch. I have 90 percent WiFi signal to it and 230 kbs and still tells me poor connection when trying to view history or live. How this camera got the reviews it does I have no idea. Customer support is terrible. Pick a different one please.

Update: Camera was great at first. Now though I haven't been able to even open the app to check my cameras or any footage for days. The app just always closes itself out before even loading. I have a Galaxy S21 so my phone isn't outdated or anything. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app with the same result and I've also tried resetting my phone like a million times with zero results. At this point I highly suggest buying a different camera if you care about being able to view your cameras while not at home like I do. Glad this happened before I bought 2 more cameras to complete my home security. Now I'll just look for a different setup.
For the most part I LOVE this camera. I bought this to replace my Blink camera and was much happier with being able to do full day recording. The motion detection clips are usually nice and long so I can fully see what was going on which I love. My only problems are the audio, it doesn't pick up talking very well just like sounds, you also can't hear someone if they are trying to speak to you through the camera. Just sounds like static crackling. The picture quality is ok but could definitely be better. The one thing that really annoys me though is when I'm trying to go to a certain time frame in my recording history the app ALWAYS glitches and usually I have to spend like 40 minutes trying to get the app to play the section of time frame I'm trying to watch. It is super annoying and is a really really big flaw in these systems. Like I pay for these services so it's kind of irritating to not be able to use them like I should because their system is glitch. Otherwise the camera is exactly what I wanted aside from being a giant hassle to look up past footage and not being able to communicate or hear well through the camera as well

The camera certain features that are good but test doesn’t stand up any where near standards set up my other camera or previously bought camera.
1. Night vision is good and so does day vision.
2. When it comes to functionality, it is extremely poor. First it doesn’t have flexibility to bend angles beyond certain limit. Not suitable for apartment with limited set of viewing angles
3. Photos or videos doesn’t store. Even thought I have installed 8 gb memory card , it doesn’t record or store videos or images. That’s annoying coz that’s the main reason you buy camera. Not every time I can go to live view. Hence I cannot see any activities later after looking at alert notifications.
4. The two way call has lot of cracking noise. When you speak a sentence, “hey I’m not there. Could you wait for 10mins, I’ll be there”. The listening person couldn’t understand due to lot of noise and voice distortion.
Overall I’m not at all happy, it’s more of a camera than a security camera.

Above was my original review, camera failed due to water getting inside camera, not waterproof. Customer Service said they would take care of the problem and replace camera. I sent back my camera as instructed and they would send replacement. What they sent me was a camera at half the value of original camera, totally different model. Went back and forth with the lame customer service person and after weeks of trying to resolve this they said they would replace original camera and that it was sent. That email was sent on March 15,2022.
There are numerous cameras with same body style with different company names, obviously one manufacturer with different companies or individuals putting their name on camera.
I still have one camera that works, but I definitely would not buy from Zumimall. Poor service if you need it, questional integrity .

The picture quality of the camera is pretty good, although you don't get notifications despite my detection sensitivity being high. If you're looking for a camera to record constantly, then this is definitely not the camera. I have the cloud storage and when you review it most of the footage isn't even there it's very sporadic. It also has good Wi-Fi connection. The night vision isn't that good, it's good enough to see what's out there, but there is a lack of details. The microphone on the camera is unable to pick up any noise in my neighborhood, and from experience with my other cameras I've had it just shows that the quality of this camera is very bad. I like the way it mounts, easier to mount than any other camera I've ever mounted and it's also really easy to adjust I like that. other than that I would not recommend this camera to anyone.

Also, many times by the time it starts recording the person is already gone. In addition the camera does not have the capability to record 24/7. Since the motion detector does not work as advertised and no 24/7 recording capabilities the camera is absolutely useless to me and has to be returned. This camera would be great for the price if the motion detection actually worked or 24/7 recording would be a work around. If it doesn’t detect motion there will be no recording end of story. This would be a great camera to record thieves and trespassers if it would actually record people.

It was quite evident that before I opened the package it was a returned item. Fist of all, the item had two different types of tape on the box, and the box appeared as though it was opened earlier. Second, it was missing the metal mount. Disappointed and returning immediately.

I received the camera, was easy to setup. I used it for a week and everything was great. I disconnected it for a few days and plugged it back in and I can not keep it connected to my wifi. Nothing had changed on my wifi network but it wouldnt stay connected. I created an IOT network with just 2.4g frequency and it made no difference. I work in IT, manage a network with hundreds of clients and I'm used to working through bugs but this is one that just doesnt want to be fixed. I was busy at the time and just thought I'd get to it later but I got it out later with the same results. Reset it several times and nothing.

My network has been stable with no flapping for months... HOWEVER... these cameras constantly go offline, requiring a reboot and set up to re-establish back on the network, , which is a pain in the @$$ if high above the ground,
Hence I don't recommend and strongly urge you to reconsider purchesing.

Vid quality was ok. And that’s about the only decent thing I can say about this product. Sporadic motion detection. No matter what setting you have it on. It will detect some on the highest. Would detect too much on the mid range. Sound quality was HORRIBLE. Every other word was distorted. It lagged so bad too you definitely could not make out anything people said. Do not recommend. Definitely save money.

I have many, many cameras and all work perfect and stay connected except this one. It never stays connected. It might connect a couple hours once a week. Totally useless and it's the camera closest to the modem. I literally hate it. It shows it is connected at 90% but the date and time are not displayed and it gives no notifications nor records anything. The only time it gives notifications or records is when the date and time are displayed which is only a couple hrs a week. Useless.
