5.0 out of 5 stars Great camera at a great price-point and simple to setup!

I have the Nooie 1080P indoor camera and I've been quite happy with it so I had to give this 360-degree model a try. It takes the features of the static camera and adds the ability to pan and tilt the camera either manually or you can enable motion tracking easily through the app. I wrote a review for the static camera and many of the features carry over including its great video quality so if you've read that review, some of this will seem familiar.
Setup -
Setup was very simple using your phone or tablet, running the free Nooie Cam app. You first need to verify that your phone is connected to the 2.4Ghz access point in your home where you will be using the camera. You then simply start the Nooie Cam app and select the +Camera button. You select the Nooie Cam 360 option and it will walk you through the remaining, simple steps. Basically, you assure the camera is on, enter the password for the wireless access point/router your phone is currently connected to (this is the same one you will be connecting the camera to), click Next, and a QR code appears on the screen of your phone. You now hold the screen of your phone in front of the Nooie camera's lens and it provides an audible tone and LED light indicator when it is finished reading the QR code. The app will now inform you that it is pairing and will begin a countdown. When complete, the app will inform you that pairing has completed. It's that simple.
Use -
Now that the camera has been added, you simply select it to view the camera. To hear audio from the camera, you select the speaker icon within the app and now you are able to see and hear what's going on around the camera. The camera also has a built-in speaker that allows you to press the microphone button within the app and then speak through it. This is very useful and/or just fun depending on where you locate the camera. For example, I have the camera in my living room where my cat typically spends a good part of her day. If you have cats, I'm guessing yours is similar where she doesn't have one place that she always lays within a room. She instead has multiple locations that she'll randomly select. With this 360 degree camera, either from home, from work, a restaurant, wherever I have WiFi or cellular access I can pan the camera from left to right and up or down. It's range is great where you can literally place the camera in the center of the room and, from the app, turn it from it's left side behind it all the way around front, through to the right side behind it just by swiping across the screen with the camera's image live the whole time. You can pan it around to see the entire room. Beyond this, you have the ability to tilt the camera up and down from the app as well by swiping up and down on the camera's image live. I can scan the room for my cat, locate her, and then touch the microphone to talk to her. Being a cat, she chooses whether she wants to respond or not. Sometimes her ears just perk up and she whines (which you can hear through the camera's built-in microphone), but other times she'll choose to walk over to the camera and give it some love. :)
If you choose to use the Motion Tracking feature, if your cat, or anything really, moves in front of the camera's lens, the camera will follow it. As the moving option moves close to the edge of the camera's current visibility, the camera will move to center the moving object within it's vew and continue doing this until the moving object either stops moving or moves behind something where the camera can no longer see it. One thing to note with automatic Motion Tracking is the camera can pan 360 degrees. If something moves and the camera ends up pointing in a different direction than the next moving object. The next moving option must move in front of the lens at some point for the camera to see it and start tracking it. Depending on where you mount the camera and your use, this may be fine or it may not. So, definitely think about this before placing the camera if you plan to enable Motion Tracking.
Video and audio can be recorded to either a microSD card or to the cloud. Cloud storage is a paid service. Given my usage, microSD recording is fine for me so I haven't tried the cloud storage option. MicroSD recordings are easily accessed through the app via a scrollable tape across the bottom of the screen. You select the day and then scroll through to the time you would like to view. If at any time you are viewing live video or recorded video from the app and you would like to save the video to your device, you simply press the camera icon on screen to set the start point, continue watching the video as it plays, and press the icon again when you'd like to stop and the video will be saved to your device. It's VERY easy!
Like other security cameras, you can also setup notifications based on sound and/or motion. This too is easy to configure by selecting None, Low, Medium, or High for each option and then selecting the timeframe that you would like to receive notifications. Note that you can enable disable notifications by day, but each day only has one start time and one end time that can be selected. Meaning, you cannot setup notifications from 8am-5pm and then again 10pm to midnight for the same day. You could do one or the other, but not both. I don't see this as a problem for me, but it's worth noting depending on your use case.
There are a few additional notable settings. First is the ability to enable/disable audio recording. I haven't done much testing with this, but I'd imagine this could save some space on your microSD card, allowing you to possibly record more video if disabled. Second is the ability to enable/disable the small LED light on the camera. If you placed the camera in a visible location in your home, you may want to disable the LED to avoid the distraction of it. Last, there is a Rotate Image option. So, if you need to mount the camera under an overhang, cabinet, etc., you can simple tap this button to flip the image for mounting the camera upside down and now viewing it live or recorded video will display right-side up.
Customer Service -
I reached out to Nooie's customer service prior to purchasing my previous camera as I had a number of questions. I received quick, thorough responses the same day, shortly after I had sent them. I worked with Julia who was great to work with. Very friendly, personable, and understanding. Julia's customer service was great and made the decision to purchase this camera a complete no-brainer. As I'm sure many of you know, when you have questions or something goes wrong you really find out what a company is made of. I'm happy to say Nooie's support is great! Regarding this camera, I had a few questions for Nooie support prior to purchasing it and received the same great, prompt responses. This proved even moreso that their support is great! It wasn't just a one time fluke with the first camera.
Summary -
This camera works great and has clear video. The two-way communication capability is an added bonus and could open up its use to more than just a security camera. It's ability to automatically track motion as well as it's ability to turn 360 degrees while automatically tracking motion and/or by manually swiping the screen coupled with it's low price point of under $40 makes this a great buy in my book! I am definitely glad that I added this camera to my home. It will work well keeping track of not only the cat, but I can see when my teenager comes and goes when I'm not home.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Bang for the Buck!!!
Reviewed in the United States ???? on September 20, 2019
Style: 1 packVerified Purchase
I purchased the Nooie Cam 360 as a security camera. I examined tons of different models from a variety of brands. This camera met all of my needs and is definitely the most bang for the buck. I caught a special Amazon "Lightning Deal" and got it for $32.99. With Dynamic Noise Reduction and Color Enhancement, the 1080p video quality is excellent. The night vision is nothing short of stunning. It uses "Gamma Correction", so the infrared images are not washed out or grainy and have plenty of contrast. The night vision literally looks as crisp, clear and clean as daylight, only in B&W. The camera is ridiculously easy to set up. Using a QR code was a brilliant idea. Just make sure you're on a 2.4 Ghz network for the setup and pairing process. This is only for the setup process. Once paired, you can switch your smartphone back to 5 Ghz, if you're using a dual-band router. The Nooie will remain connected to your 2.4 Ghz band. This is the #1 reason people give this camera negative reviews. They don't read the setup instructions and don't realize this. The built-in speaker is loud and clear. The microphone is sensitive enough to hear the faintest room activity through your phone. My router is about 20 ft. away from the camera, but it's on a different floor of my house. The connection is rock solid and stable. It's never lost connection. The camera will send alerts to your phone if it detects motion and/or sound. You can turn these features on/off, and even set a schedule for when to detect either. This way, the camera's not sending you alerts when you're home and within camera view. The motion tracking pan & tilt is whisper quiet, so as not to attract attention if recording a home intrusion. That, combined with the ability to deactivate the "Status Light" makes this unit stealthy. The app is well executed, includes all of the necessary features and yet is simplistic in design. The camera's design is inconspicuous and elegant. People have commented that it looks somewhat like an air freshener. I can see the resemblance. The entire base of the camera has a rubber ring, running the full circumference, so it stays put and won't mar your furniture. I honestly can't find one thing to complain about with this camera, and believe me, I've tried. So, if you're looking for an inexpensive, quality camera to monitor your baby, pet or house, look no further. Buy the Nooie Cam 360. You won't regret it!
Setup Tips:
If your first attempt to pair the camera with the app is unsuccessful, reset the camera first before trying again. There's a tiny pin hole on the body. Just insert a straightened paperclip into the hole and press for about two seconds.
I keep reading reviews complaining that this camera won't work on a 5GHz network. These people are obviously not very tech savvy. Otherwise, they would know the reason for this. The difference between 2.4 GHz and 5GHz is range and bandwidth. 5GHz provides a faster data transfer rate, but at a shorter distance. 2.4GHz offers a greater range, but at a slower speed. When talking about WiFi cameras, range is the primary concern, not speed. The wireless signal must penetrate through walls and/or floors. The data transfer speed (for this purpose) is irrelevant. You will not see any visible different between the two frequencies. As long as the video image is smooth and not choppy, the added speed of a 5GHz network offers no benefit. To the contrary, the decrease in range is a detriment. This is the reason every WiFi camera I've seen on Amazon, also only works on a 2.4GHz network.
Some people have stated that this camera will not connect to a dual-band router. This is NOT true. Most modern routers are dual-band. You have to know how to "force" your cellphone to connect (and stay connected) to only the 2.4GHz band during the pairing process. If your WiFi password for your 5GHz network is "stored" in your phone, you must select "Forget Network". This doesn't actually forget the network. It merely deletes the WiFi password for the 5GHz band. This forces the phone to only connect to the 2.4GHz band. Once camera pairing is complete, you can reverse that process if you'd like your phone to stay on the 5GHz band.
Usage Tips:
When manually panning the camera via the app, you can't touch the phone's screen and drag your finger "in one motion". It takes a second for the app to detect your finger. You have to touch the screen and give it a second to recognize your finger. Then, slowly drag your finger in the desired direction. Remember, this touch control command is being sent over a wireless network. It's not the same as a "local" touch command on a phone app, thus the added time needed.
Nooie Cam App:
I noticed a problem with the app disconnecting from the camera after being closed for several minutes. There were a few other minor bugs. I contacted Nooie Support and received a reply within hours. I was advised that they were aware of the issues and were working on fixes. There have been three updates to the app, including two beta releases, all within the last two weeks. I tested the different versions and reported back to Nooie Support. They addressed everything in a timely matter. Due to their quick reply and fixes, I didn't let this affect my rating of the camera. For anyone who isn't familiar with how beta versions work, here's the deal. Beta versions are still in the testing mode. The developers will collect input from actual users, implement fixes and test the final result. Only then, will it be released to the general public. This is a normal process with all software development. They'll likely make other tweaks and enhancements in future versions, so check Google Play and the App Store regularly.
Latest Version: 1.7.7, Released 9/28/19

We were gifted a nooie baby cam and have liked it but wanted another camera for security purposes now that we have a child. It's meant for pet monitoring and interacting but we like it for security. This camera is more advanced than our baby cam since it can auto track/follow a person while recording them, and it can swivel 360 degrees. I do wish the tracking was faster and that it would be able to go continuously in one direction for more than 360 degrees instead of having a stopping point at the back but it should still serve our purpose. The night sight is good enough to show facial features, there are optional motion and sound alerts, and it comes with a memory card to store videos of any intruders. This was a much cheaper option than a monthly charge for security and so far works for the tests we've put it through.

This camera is very nice especially for the price. I have a few other more expensive cameras that I've used for my 2 year old, but this one is my favorite for my newborn. Other cameras take a long time for the video to load, this one loads almost as soon as I open the app.
My other cameras say they have notifications for sound and movement, but they never worked when you needed them to. This cameras notifications work almost too well.
I haven't set up the recordings yet, but it allows for a paid service or you can use your own microSD card.
You can also turn off the led on the camera if you are worried about too much light.

I originally got this so I could keep an eye on my dad with dementia. It worked great. Now since he passed I have mounted it on my ceiling so I can watch my dogs when I’m gone. It’s nice knowing they’re ok when I’m gone.
My small issues are the cord is pretty short so u will more than likely need an extension cord, the two way audio has been giving me issues recently and a lot of the time the touch pad is so sensitive it makes the camera move waaaaay more than u want it to. There are times it will get stuck looking at the ceiling and it is such a pain to get back where it goes, I just give up and close the app.
It really is a good camera at a great price. I would recommend it and buy it again. I’m actually thinking of buying one for my living room and patio

This camera works really well. I bought it so that I can monitor my dog when I’m not home and be alerted if he ever starts barking or whining. It’s also useful as a security device if we leave the house for an extended time. There is sound detection with three sensitivity settings, motion detection with three sensitivity settings (and the ability to add a specific detection area so that it only alerts you if there is movement in a specific part of the screen, useful if you want to ignore background movement), and even motion tracking. You can also set up a schedule for the different alerts (such as when you know you’ll be out of the house everyday for work, school, etc.).
The app is easy to use and you can set up multiple cameras and have a grid view to monitor them simultaneously, or swipe through them one by one. The resolution is nice, the speaker is loud and clear enough to control my Google Home device through the camera (helpful if you are playing music for your pet), and the microphone has some noise cancellation, which is helpful if you have music playing softly for a pet while you’re gone, as it doesn’t constantly alert you to sound if you have that setting turned on (as long as it’s not too loud). I’ve tested it with different noises, and I always get an alert on my phone when something happens. Luckily, my dog has been quiet, but it can pick up the sound of me opening and closing the front door, the gardeners working outside, and if I talk to my dog through the camera. My dog notices me speaking through the camera and will even obey commands through it.
The camera has a good range of motion, although the motion tracking only works along the horizontal plane, so you have to set it up in a way that you can see everything you want to vertically, and the motion tracking can move left to right to follow someone. Playback is good, although it would be nice if you could see the footage or thumbnails while scrubbing video recordings, so that you could see what is happening when you’re reviewing different segments. You can save videos and photos directly from the app controls, making it easy to store anything important while reviewing footage.
Overall, I really like this camera. I have several now, so I can monitor my entire home and garage. It gives me peace of mind and makes it easy to check in on my dog.

UPDATE (JULY 04 OF 2020).
--------------------------------
The Camera periodically makes a Clicking Sound when the ambient light goes down or when it is Dark Or at Night (IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE THE INFRARED SENSORS OR NIGHT VISION). For me, this is a bit annoying. But after Researching and Researching I found the Answer on the web... I share it...
..........................
The clicking sound is normal for microbolometer-based cameras. It is a result of the camera's non-uniformity correction, or NUC. What you actually hear is the camera's internal shutter moving in front of the detector for a breif instant.
This happens regularly on uncooled infrared cameras but it will also happen occasioanlly in the cooled infrared models.
It is also referred to as an FFC - which stands for flat field correction. The shutter is a flat source for the detector to calibrate itself to output a uniform response.
.....................................
So, Knowing this... I understand that Cameras at this Price Range or for this Purpose; it is a Normal thing.
In fact, after Reading an Answer from a Seller of another Camera (Brand) of this Type of situation, the Seller Reply (Wrote).......
It will make a small clicking sound while turning on/off the IR lights which is normal.
Hope you could understand.
Thanks.
.........................
So, this is a Normal thing. Enough for me to ask for a Refund or to take one star from the Review? Noup.
I do Understand. This is still a Great Quality Camera for the Price.

* Price Point.
* A large community that gives feedback about this product.
* The Opportunity to share Nooie Cam's Viewing access to others.

* Micro SD Card recording capacity.
NEUTRAL:
* The Picture Quality is Decent, Not Wonderful or Awesome, but Decent.
CONS:
* None so far for the Price.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:
In no were in the Product Description here on Amazon, when reading t does it show the FAQ Section that Nooie includes in ther website. Specifically one question important to me..."How to share Nooie Cam's viewing access to others?(FAQ). The answer is a bit Helpful and confussing at the same time..."You can easily share the viewing access of your device and family using the Nooie App. This will allow them to view through your camera; however, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTROL YOUR DEVICE......" My first Reaction to this was....What do you mean that THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTROL YOUR DEVICE? That they will only be able to Watch in a still position with no opportunity to move the camera and talk to the microphone and record the camera? That was my initial Fear.....Thankfully the other person can have access to all the Functions. I shared the access to a Friend, who setup and create an Account (different than mine) and was able to Watch the camera, control the camera (moving it to the left and to the right, accessing to the microphone, and recording on the phone). So this is a Good Thing for me. But it is not clear or is not share in the product description in this page.
For the Price and for the time being of using this product (firs day), I'm happy with my purchase. For the List Price, this was a Smart Purchase. !Thank You!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for security or peace of mind on a low budget
Reviewed in the United States ???? on July 20, 2022

I stumbled upon Nooie in my research of cameras that weren't from the usual tech giants. I wanted something that was farily priced but still had the same features (if not more) as the products from the other manufacturers. This led me to one of their baby monitor cameras also known as the 360 cam. I initially purchased one to monitor my dad who was bed ridden so I could still keep an eye on him if I had to step out or leave the room for whatever. It helped tremendously and gave us such a peace of mind. In fact, I liked the 360 cam so much that I ended up buying another one so I could monitor my 3D printer. I use another ecosystem for my security concerns but I bought their outdoor Pro Cameras (I will put a review for that on a later date) to bolster my security camera setup so I am all in on the Nooie ecosystem.
Pros:
- Very easy setup. Took less than around 3 minutes to get it up and running
- Impressive range of motion, which is something even the biggest competitors don't have. Most of them don't even move so they pale in comparison to the amount of control with the Nooie 360 cam.
- The night vision is extremely quick to turn on (and off) and still maintains it's quality. The overall quality during night vision about average but that's still very good considering many camera can't get the nightvision to come out half decent.
- The price: it's very had to beat and the features make the camera "budget" only in price.
- The quality, fit, and finish is AMAZING. It is definitely on par with, if not better than products from those pricier companies
- The capability to mount it upside down on the ceiling makes it look very professional once installed and the ability for the camera not to move it's up and down makes it so you can mount it really anywhere from a countertop to a wall (like I did with my 3D camera) to the ceiling.
- The motion tracking is AMAZING
Cons:
- The app could use some improvement but the bigger they get and the more support they get from consumers like me will help them take their app to the next level
- Speaking of the app, the app can sometimes take a second to sync up with the cameras but this is rarely the case. It doesn't happen often but it will happen every now and then.
- The picture quality is great and more than sufficient for closer things but I noticed that the the resolution of things that are further than about 25 feet away isn't that great. However, that's why you can always upgrade to the 360 Cam 2. The original 360 cam wasn't really meant for things that are really far away.
- This is really nitpicking but I wish there were other mounting options provided from nooie like a suction cup or something to mount it on countertops or bookshelfs and things if that nature.

I have been using the Nooie 360 cam for one month. It is extremely simple to set up and very easy to use.
We are using the cam for our 6 month old Pomeranian puppy to observe his behavior when we leave him alone.
By using Nooie, we are able to identify and address his separation anxiety.
The reception is outstanding and the video clear and concise.
We can zoom in remotely and follow his movements. We could also hear his level of stress and interrupt the spiral.
In just a few days, he is now able self soothe and is confident alone.
Nooie is invaluable!

Wanted something that I can have to make sure my kids don't enter the room, especially since I'm building out the room, have tools and such laying on the floor. The 360 function is nice, in case I need to readjust or move the camera around. The 32gb SD card was only a few dollars more, so it was worth getting the combo. Love this little camera!

After several commination via email back and forth to get it resolved, Nooie sent me the replacement cameras. I was really disappointed based on the review below because I stopped working under a year, and Nooie insisted on saying it's not compatible with my Wi-Fi which I know it's not true. It was working fine but corrupted randomly. It turned out that I received 1 in 1000 defected product.
When I received the 1st replacement, I installed and linked it immediately, and it's working perfectly and faster than the defected ones. I followed up with Nooie to let them know that is working fine so that they can send me the second replacement. I have installed both; one upstairs and one downstairs, and I also purchased their subscriptions as well.
Just FYI... if you purchase Nooie subscriptions, there are 2 types (24/7 recording or event recording). For the 24/7 recording, you don't have to turn on your Sound and Motion Detections, but with the even recording, you must turn on Sound and Motion Detections. If not, it will not pick up anything/recordings.

Bought it in Oct 2021, and 9 months later these two Nooie 360 cameras of mine is no longer working. Literally, work up this morning without knowing the cameras are not working. The camera list was gone. My babies were crying without me knowing it because the damn cameras didn’t work. Now don’t even mention my darn wifi, I have good wifi signal all around the house and I will even get wifi when I’m outside close to 100 feet away. I have tried so many times to reconnect my two cameras. I reset it multiple of times, and still not hope. I paid about $100 for these two because it was 2 for $80+ bucks.
I used to have the other types which has one monitor and two cameras, but it can’t connect with your phone and my son broke it. I wanted this because it’s “360 degrees” and you can connect to your phone so that I can access anywhere when the grandparents or anyones watching the kids. Customer service is suck to be honest. It takes them more than 24 hours to respond to you. They don’t call just messages.
I must say for the ones who purchased and still have no problem, I must say I am amazed. Again, I have tried all can of ways to resolve this on my own, but I have no hope whatsoever.

The Nooie 360 cam was the perfect device for watching my cats while we were away on vacation. We used this device in combination with the Nooie Pet Feeder. I like the way that the device looks, it's not an eyesore in the room. Additionally, the camera quality is really nice and it's helpful to be able to move the camera around to see around the whole room. When I was first setting up the device I had a little trouble and the Nooie customer support was extremely helpful in me quickly determining the issue (it was because my Wi-Fi name and password had spaces and special characters in them). Overall I love the product and am very happy with it!

I could say so much about this thing! First of all, this is actually a really good monitoring camera for the price. I have it in my living room for a variety of reasons. Baby watching while cleaning since I have 3 floors, keep and eye on a 4 year old who likes to sneak into stuff, animals, and just security when gone.
So before I get into the good, I have one bad. The app isn’t total trash but I wish moving the camera direction was a little bit easier. Other than that, I have no issues with the app either. I was able to share the camera device with my partner on his own account so we can both watch. But the method of turning your camera in any direction is annoying. You have to swipe up, down, left, or right on the video feed and it can be a bit of a hassle sometimes.
Other than that one thing, I’ve had no issues with setup or anything! Pretty easy process. Simple app format (other than motion change). Night vision is actually pretty good and clear even when zooming in a bit. The clarity when it’s not using night vision is also surprisingly good for the price of this camera. I honestly wasn’t expecting that.
So with it being a 360 motion camera, it has two extra options in the app. You can have motion sensor on and sound detection. The motion detection is pretty cool and I turn it on when I’m not home so keep an eye on my animals. It will alert you if it senses motion with a notification on your phone and also when you open the app to view the camera, it will follow the motion in the room. It’s not perfectly but it keeps up with my 4 year old so I’ll give it credit. The sound detection is actually pretty cool too. Again, it’s not perfect because it’s not an expensive camera but if you don’t have a tv on or loud background noise, it picks up baby crying and small noises like when my dogs were bumping into stuff and playing. Again, it will send alerts to your phone if in that mode. I have to turn sound detection off when I have the tv on though because I’ll get notifications like crazy.
I guess that could be a con but it doesn’t bother me because I can turn it off and I would rather get all those notifications if I’m not home and be able to know when something is going on than not. But yeah, great camera for the price!

We are so happy with this video camera and app based monitor combo product, it is best from all the aspects : set up was so easy, quality is amazing, no connectivity issue, clarity is superb, movement detection is so accurate. Keeps us as a parents worry free when we are out and see our kid safe at home playing with others. Camera rotates itself automatically with baby’s every movement hence we can see our baby no matter where she is in room. The best part is I can see my baby all the time even during my swimming sessions. Thank you so much.

Be sure you're using 2.5Ghz Wireless or they won't join your network!
I wanted a way to watch my home without having to pay a storage provider and this camera is what I found.
Pros:
- Inexpensive and mostly easy to setup.
- Movement tracking and recording is pretty good and can spot, track and record moving objects in the cameras view.
- Uses local micro USB cards for video storage for when you have an incident and need video evidence.
- Supports on-going software updates with minimal user intervention. (Could be good or bad.)
- Clarity seems good. Have a look at the picture I included with this review. Probably won’t be able to read a license plate at distance.
- Night vision uses powerful infrared (I think) lights to illuminate dark areas but won’t project out more than 20 feet but that’s good. They work in the dark.
- Customer support is responsive, even months after a purchase but they seem to delay useful responses with information that doesn’t lead to a solution. (Like half answers. Maybe it’s a language barrier.)
- Provides sound and visual movement detection and recording for events.
Cons:
- Setup can be tricky if you run multiple wireless access points at home and aren’t on the same network. (Won’t work)
- My SD card was full of empty videos of nothing happening and seemed to trigger for no reason, leading to many useless videos and a full SD card. (I think they overwrite older videos but I need to verify that.)
- Left to right motors may fail after a short period of time.
- Nagware tries to get you to purchase their cloud storage in tricky ways like masquerading buttons for buying their service.
- Cameras are often unresponsive, even when on the same wireless network locally and lag out.
- Night vision won’t work through a window. No surprises, just the nature of reflective glass and IR lights.
Was running a wireless packet capture to see if the camera was talking more than necessary to a remote server, possibly gathering information about my activities or exporting our videos to them but didn’t see anything unusual yet.
I guarantee that if I uncover evidence that this camera spies on us and reports back to some station somewhere, I will post it here. I hate that.
They do check for software updates, that’s common but I haven’t witnessed undue network activities to outside my local wireless network yet.
Anyhow, these are a good solution for monitoring your home if you’re away or obtaining evidence around your home automatically through the motion and sound detecting.

I have two cameras in my house with the Nooie system for a few months now, and really love these cameras. I use the cameras for checking in on children during the day who are being watched by babysitters, or to see who just came in the door, etc. The screen resolution is fantastic, and I am very picky about screens, having tried many systems over the years. Our analog baby cameras were good, but nothing beats the Nooie cameras with the added ability to check in from away from the house. It gives me peace of mind that all is well at home. The cameras also have good speakers. I can listen to a conversation in the same room as a camera, or I can use the microphone to talk to people in the room! The camera position is easily changed on my smart phone touch screen. I use the Nooie app on my android phone and ipads (but haven't tried the cloud storage plan yet). I have had zero issues with connectivity. The app has been working seamlessly for me since I installed it. I had to find extra long cords for my cameras because my house doesn't have a lot of outlets and the included cords are short, but it's a common micro-USB cord, which I already had on hand. I plan to buy more cameras in the future-- I love that can clearly see what's going on in my house in a matter of seconds, and I highly recommend this camera!

This is my first time ever buying a video camera but color me impressed! I don’t know about all the other bells and whistles that others may prefer in a video camera but if you only need this for monitoring purposes, and considering the price, then this video camera is amazing. I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. Agreed that setup with the barcode was a bit frustrating but for the price, it’s totally worth it. We only use this to monitor our cat and house when we’re away. I’m really impressed with the quality of the picture at night. My favorite feature is the 360 view that you can control on your device from long distances! I accidentally knocked this little guy off the table but it was durable enough to withstand my clumsiness. I happily give this product my stamp of approval. For all you video camera newbies like me, see below for information I wish I had known (and some of which may have already been addressed in prior reviews).
-Unless you’re looking to actually keep a lot of footage over time, you don’t need to purchase cloud storage or an SD card. In fact, there’s a video camera icon on the screen that allows you to record the feed you’re looking at. It automatically saves to your device! Same deal with taking a picture. I don’t know if there are any time limits (but would think there aren’t any) as I’ve only done this for 30 second increments.
-As I said above, you can control the camera from your device and it swivels for 360 degrees! I verified this when we were a state away recently. Keep your finger on the screen of your device and swipe to whichever direction you want the video camera to show you. It also goes up and down.
-Setup: You’ll need to download the Nooie app and set up an account. Once you do this, a QR code will appear on your device that you’ll need to hold up in front of the video camera to connect it to your device. I highly recommend doing this on a table so you can place the code evenly in front of the camera and so you can see its reflection squarely in the camera. Once the camera connects to the code, you’ll hear a sound to let you know it was successful. From there, setup truly is a breeze.
-Love the speaker feature as well. We actually use this to communicate with each other when we’re not in the same room!
-Finally, you can download the Nooie app on multiple devices but can only log into the video camera’s feed from one device at a time.

I was looking for a reasonably priced home video monitor system, and the Nooie product seemed to fit the bill from the description. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up and operate remotely. The night vision and automatic tracking, works flawlessly. Other than needing a longer USB power cable for my particular installation, the product provided everything I needed. This is the one.

We bought this camera for a rather specific purpose which was for my wife to be able to check on me after I had a specific surgery and had to stay home while she was at work. The 360 feature was really useful for this purpose since it let her make sure that I was fine even if I was in a different area of the house, and thanks to the night vision she was able to see in case it was getting dark outside. Now, we are using it in the house as a security camera and what I like the most about it is that I can check what is going on with the app and even record whatever might be happening in the house even if it is dark outside. I didn't really believe in having cameras in the house for security purposes but this camera is really useful for that

5.0 out of 5 stars Best 360 camera I have ever had!!!!!

I got one just to try on on the first order. After I set it up, I ordered the second one right away! I even got the third one for my parent! This is the best camera I have ever tried on and had!
It is very easy to set up and only took me like 1 or 2 minutes to do it. The app is also very simple to understand! Because I am taking care of 2 kids by myself, and since they both are very young, I need a camera that can follow them and I can watch them from far away while I do the house chores!
This camera allows me to talk to the kids, back and forth! It is very good at detecting motion and sounds! I even put the motion in low sensitivity, but it still detects very well! Also, I don’t need to move the camera angle from the app, the camera itself can detect well and help me to follow them very well! My son even found it fun and played with it! The best part is that it allows you to set the time of the notification! So I won’t get butch of notification while I am in the zone!
Tbest part of app is that I can put all the screens of my camera in one screen, so I can fully control of where my kids go!!! I really love this!
Lastly, the customer service are the best I have ever had! They replied fast and solved my concern right away! So far I really enjoy the cameras! And I won’t worry a thing about this camera, since the customer service will solve my problem fast and well!
P.S this camera also caught my son’s first step of walking! Thankful for this camera, it allows me to download the video!

Easy to set up. I wanted a camera that could be used as a baby monitor that would allow local storage without a subscription and would work with Google and Alexa. It also had to work with night vision that did. It have glowing red lights at night. This camera uses 940 nm IR lights that are invisible to humans. This was a requirement for us. Our grandson wouldnt rest with the glowing red lights of other cameras. The camera was easy to set up and works as advertised. I did have a few questions/issues setting up the Alexa and Google interface. Customer service was prompt in assisting with any questions I did have. The camera does everything I had hoped. It has great 1080 picture quality and the night vision is solid too. I do wish there was a bit more range in the tilt down so I could have it on a higher shelf. But that was not a deal breaker for me. It had enough range to suite my needs even on a fairly high shelf. If you want, the camera will actually track motion too. I have this setting off for my purposes. I do like that I can zoom in on my phone to take a closer look in the room. See the photos for regular view and a zoomed in view. If I needed another camera, I would also consider the newer Nooie 2k.
