Eufy App updated and fixed live feed view
The camera is excellent. The app not so much. You cannot go from portrait to landscape mode by rotating the iPhone on the live feed. The app works perfectly fine on the iPad, but not on the iPhone. I was in touch with tech-support and they are aware of the issue and their explanation is rotation will not work with a two lens camera and they have no intention of fixing the issue. They did not explain why it works on the iPad. Portrait to landscape works fine with events recorded, just not the live feed. And my rotation lock is off.
They updated app on 8/30/24 and now camera live feed view can be changed from portrait to landscape with iPhone rotation. I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.

Amazing camera!
My wife and I love this camera! It is feature packed and works flawlessly. My 4 year old calls it a robot. I currently have it in the kid's room. I love that it has a privacy mode so that my child's privacy is protected. I currently disabled the notifications as it generates a lot of notifications as my children played in the room. I really can't think of any negatives except that I wish it was backwards compatible with Homebase 2. But since you don't need a Homebase to use it and it has a SD Card slot I'm good without the Homebase. I highly recommend this camera!

Won’t come on after 6 months use.
I love this camera. I. Ought 4 like this one. The 1st one I purchased in Oct or Dec 202 and excellent viewing. I place the camera on top of a shelf and I never moved it. I came home and sat down and notice the camera was not working. I plug it in 4 wall sockets and still would come on. So I use another USB block and still won’t come on. I waited for a while and still won’t work. I search YouTube to find a solution and no results. Not sure why the camera has malfunction, so I hope this does to the other. I could not return because this is a replacement. The AMAZON driver left the package at another apt and didn’t take a pic and called AMAZON and was sent a replacement camera. Other than that, I love the look and style of the camera. The view is clear. Most all the camera remind me of the robot of the Jetson! And no arms.
